I convinced D M & F M from Belleville Ontario about each one signing up with Public Mobile & how great Public Mobile was with me & B & they both signed up. D Cell # xxxxxxxx & F Cell # xxxxxxx they went to Quinte Cell Phone & Tablet at, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Belleville, ONxxxxxxx which handles sim cards & signed them up with Public Mobile. The guy who signed them up, his name is T G, Cell#xxxxx. D & F side they give him my name G H, the guy signing them up should of told them they need a code: like my code which is xxxxx to be used when they signed up but they didn’t know much about setting up cell phones & what was needed to register cell phones or using a code, not a name when you are getting signed up with Public Mobile for rewards.

TMI!! But a CS_Agent edited your post. Just keep in mind that this is a public forum. You need to sign into either your self serve account or your rewards account and either copy and paste or write down your referral code for your friends to give to customer support to add to their accounts. If possible tell them to give the CSA your phone number as well to confirm the correct code is being entered. You will see either the $1 or 1pt appear in your rewards account along with the last for digits of their phone number once the referral code is added. They will see the $10 bonus referral credit added to their account within 72 hours. You may want to help them create their community accounts to get them started on the community.

This happens a lot and if you follow the proper protocol (or I should say if your friends do) and open a ticket with a CSA, this can be done manually for you.

@Curly75 ask your friends who just joined to open a ticket with PM Support. Let them know they were confused with the Friend Referral code and hence didn't enter it properly. If it is an honest mistake, PM Support likely able to help
To open ticket with PM Support:
1. If they have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If they don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

What exactly is your question?
If your friends did not enter your referral code, they should contact agent and he can do it for them.

I'd be pretty peeved if someone posted my private information somewhere. Click on the little arrow to the upper right of your comment and edit out all that information.
The new customers will need to contact the support people here to get the proper referral code entered.
