Service not working

Hello

i am writing this because of service issue. I registered the service Nov 18 and i just found out i cannot get any phone calls and texts from friends and coworkers who use different company(like fido and rogers) phone service. I can only get phone calls and text from tellus or public  mobile.

Not sure if it is a porting issue since you can receive call and texts from some people.

You may want to try a network reset of phone.  Note this will erase your saved Wifi password settings.

@Jyhwang   I'm assuming you transferred your old phone number to Public Mobile?  It sounds like the number didn't completely port.  I will send you a phone number to call, check your community inbox in a few moments (envelope icon top right or click your avatar for Messages).
