I bought a plan and changed it 3 times to a lesser plan. It doesn’t show those plans to give me credit.

PM is pre-paid service that mean pay first then get service. If you want to change plan next time, set to change at renewal date, so you only get charge for new plan.

@kelordan , if you mistakenly made 3 immediate plan changes because of a site caching problem, you could plead your case and seek a refund. It does not hurt to try. Confirm that 3 payments were taken and initiate a support ticket using the chatbot link.

If you changed plan NOW 3 times you will be charged 3 plan costs. No refund will be provided.

@kelordan login My Account again using incognito mode and check the payment transaction, I just worry if you clicked it 3 times, the system might have charged you 3 times
And PM is prepaid service, they won't credit you unused data of days on the old plan if you choose to Change plan now

Immediate plan changes charge the full amount.
Always best to post-date plans to the next renewal as part cycles are NOT REFUNDED when changing plans on immediate basis.
To see what plan you are on, before logging into self-serve, clear cache and cookies and open an incognito tab to log into self serve. The site has terrible caching issues.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode to see updated information in your account.
