It's been a full year that my card expired and I have to buy pre payed cards at the store to keep my service alive!!!
There is no way to modify my card # and I can't get any help! Is there any real human working for Public mobile or is it only a computer that runs that place???
My account is suspended again and I'm about to leave for any other cellular "service" provider!

I am on the Public Mobile app. So I thought that was it but you get me doubting!!

Until you can get help from Public Mobile, you can buy a Public Mobile voucher from some convenenience stores to unsuspend your plan.

no, what you got is not the correct login. You have not logged into the My Account yet.

I do log in, but the only options are continue the set up of a new account or back to log in which brings me back to the same place!!

oh, that is just you cannot login My Account. Yes, PM updated the login system and probably you were setup probably on the system
