Credit card expired

My account has been suspended due to an expired credit card. I have updated my credit card but now what do I have to do to renew my account, I can't figure out how to make a payment.

Pay as One time payment for the Plan amount in self serve and reactivate the line.

Next renewal will be automatic. 

 

If you have trouble contact support agents by clicking on the bubble on bottom right and create a ticket or send a direct msg to CS_agent.

@Heather12  - if you updated your credit card, you can also top up by calling 611 from your device.

@Heather12  , Just want to confirm that  your credit card with the new expiry date is now updated on the system without issue?

 

If so, your next step is just to make a manual payment.      

 

Please login to My Account ,  go to Payment tab, one time payment

Select "Other (Enter the desired amount) "and manually enter the full Plan amount

Then click submit 

If the payment gone through successfully, click on the button Reactivate current plan if there is one

The logoff from My Account  and reboot your phone and it should be good
