My credit card expired and now my account is on hold. I updated my credit card info, but I still can’t call people etc. How long does it take for my account to work again once I update my credit card? I also tried to pay by calling 611 and it asked for my 4 digit account pin, but I don’t remember making one. And the pin I would normally use did not work. Please help!! Thanks

@Farrah9 updating the cc info is fixed for the next renewal. If the account was suspended, you would need to make a manual payment now on the same page. Or the manage subscription link.

yes, you need to make a payment after successful update of your credit card. the payment link is hard to find, please use this direct link to load enough money for renewal

you need to login My Account and click Pay and Resume Services button to make a manual payment to resume
