This was a great help when my cc expired and my account got suspended earlier today.One would think that the link be added to the public mobile app for ease of instead one has to go through the rigour of Ticket Opening and many messages.
While replacing or activating another sim card, it is important to insert the new sim card first before attempting to activate it. I tried activating before inserting and it did not work.
