I registered a second number on my account which booted the old number off. The credit card has expired and now I don't have access to the first registered number to pay the bill.

@Nathan11 what do you mean 'create a account for an existing number', do you mean an existing Public Mobile number? Like, you want to access My Account for a number?
Try using the 'Forgot your email' option and see if you can take steps from there. If you use the same browser for different accounts, try another browser or open a tab in incognito mode. This will help not to 'cross wires', and have cache issues.

@Nathan11 Did you port a number into your old account or change the number on it . Either way you can only have one phone number per account and each account needs its very own email

you could get payment vouchers then dial 611 to add them to your account...then deal with updating cc on you file, later.

@Nathan11 - only one email is allowed to be attached to one account/phone number. Try using the 'Forgot your email' option to see if you can reset things correctly. If not, than ask for CSA's help to get the emails sorted out.

@Nathan11 You can only have one account . With one phone number on it with its own email . So you must have used a different email for one of the accounts . To get support here how
