When I try and renew the card (which is perfectly functional IRL) it says "We cannot process your payment at this time." When I try and submit a ticket about that, it can't do that either for some reason.
And as a result I'm without calling and texting, both of which I need for my work. Please fix ASAP.

I had the same problem on my desk top. However it worked in my app. Try it.

There have been issues with updating credit cards.
Here is some more troubleshooting advice:
As mentioned, the quickest way to activate account would be to purchase payment voucher and then deal with the updating credit card information later.

@AMilton Lots of issues around updating credit card info . If you can wait a full 24 hours and try again incognito private mode or from the app instead . But if in hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers shell gas 7-11 or muskbird.com and load them *611 to resume services right away . If you still having issues please submit ticket with support using this direct link

get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or London Drug and dial 611 to enter them to your account and reactivate. Dal with cc issue later.
