Credit card Payment failure

I am trying to pay the plan fee with my US Visa card but it always fails. I do not want to get another card. What is the solution

The setup need a credit card, but you can ask PM to remove it after activation

of course, then you will have to pay by voucher monthly if the CC is removed

I have a plan which requires a subscription, because of the way how PM system is set up, it does not matter if you have a money on your account, they want your credit card.

since you are in US, you need to buy voucher online. Try recharge.com and ding.com as well. After buying the voucher either login My Account to load voucher, or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to load the voucher

@hTideGnow, I am sorry, could you clarify please? As you could see on the screenshot, only Interac is available to me, both CC and Paypal are not available. Last time I used this service more than a year ago, so it is not temporary.

Muskbird does still accept Paypal, including purchase for Public Mobile vouchers.

for your regular plan renewal, consider using service of www.muskbird.com. They do charge a small user fee but they're honorable and fast.

Public Mobile no longer accepts US credit cards. Even if it's just to change the expire date. They deem that to be a new credit card which make zero sense when it's the exact same number, just different expire date. Go figure. 

Work arounds are you update it with a new Canadian credit card or Canadian prepaid credit cards. Or, what most people like to do, use Vouchers. You can pick them up at any Shoppers Drug Mart or gas station usually. And then just add them to your account.

Most people say that a prepaid Mastercard,  or Vanilla cards will work.
