I need help to cancel my plan

Hi I need to cancel a phone plan, it's in auto renewal and I can't login to my account to cancel auto renewal, when I login, there's only one option to resume activation, I don't want renew activation and I want to cancel the plan

yes, you need PM to help to remove credit card and cancel as you cannot properly login 

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
