Hello,
I've been trying to make a payment for my phone plan and I am unable to do so online. Whenever I put in my credit card information, it says the following:
"Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged. Please contact your card issuer for more information."
I called my credit card company and they said everything is fine. I can make other credit card transactions online without any problems. I even tried my mom's VISA card and the transaction still didn't go through.
Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Will do. Thanks for your help everyone.

I looked at another thread where someone had a very similar situation - they needed the moderators help to get it fixed 😞
The suggetsion by @texwood to get vouchers is probably the fastest way to get a payment processed right now or if you are not in rush, put in a request to the moderator to investigate and fix.

I know vouchers are an option, but I rather make the payment online. I've tried registering my credit card on the PM site to pay from *611 and I cannot register my credit card.

Yes, I did. Even my bank's credit card representative was kind enough to go through the online information with me and still nothing. Transactions are going through my credit card account, but I'm not charged.

I believe you can buy PM prepaid vouchers at supermarkets and gas stations. Pay the voucher and add them to your account would resolve the immediate payment problem, then deal with the credit card issue after.

Did you double check for an error or typo in the billing name and address information?
