My & I got a text message saying our payment credit card has expired.
I checked it twice and our card is not expired.
Can you follow up on our behalf?

couple customers had the same problem. Look like another glitch
Just ignore it if you are certain that is not a problem
or if you like support agent to check, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

You can ignore the message as Public Mobile has incorrectly sent this text message out to some customers.

please double check expiration date on current payment card...make sure it's not due to be renewed.
