My son is trying to start a new account and when he enters his unlocked cell number it says it’s invalid or already in use.

 

He has never signed up before!

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! We need to have this working ASAP!

We were in the wrong area and need to activate the sim.  Everything is working fine now

@TinaNB 

Is your problem solved?  More details would be helpful.  

 

If you are activated a new plan, you need to start off with the following website:

https://activate.publicmobile.ca

 

Enter the SIM card, demographics, etc. and follow the instructions.  Later on, you can either choose a new PM phone number or port your old number from another carrier.
