HI @Marie1956 When you are at My Account, there is a Register Now button on the right, just click that to submit a ticket with CS agent, they will help

I'm going to assume that you activated at a store about a year (or more) ago. If that's what happened, you will need to open a ticket to ask a customer support agent to create the Self Serve account. @Marie1956 Are you currently a PM customer? If so you may want to contact CS about how to create an self serve account when you're already a customer. This may happen if you happened to sign up with PM at a retail store like Walmart and they set up the account for you but never passed along the credentials to you.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

@Marie1956 did you activate in store?
If you activated online, you should have a My Acocunt login created, using an email
But if you activated in store, then true, you might not have one created
But either way, open ticket with PM support using "Forgot Password" ticket type and they will sort it out for you
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
