I ordered a previously loved phone from public and all that was in the box was 15 sim cards. What do I do? Who do I contact?

I think you need to submit ticket with PM agent to sort this out. Message them (and check your Community inbox for their reply)

If I needed a phone, 15 SIM cards would be worth practically nothing to me. The retail price of the incorreclty shipped products wouldn't really confort a customer even if there were 150 SIM cards in the box.

It sounds as if someone else ordered 15 SIM cards but the shiping label was put on the wrong box. This would mean that someone else likely received an inaccurate order. You will need to open a support ticket. Please use the chatbot to contact a customer support agent. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
