I’ve never had an account always just paid through phone cards and pay as you go. All of a sudden I paid and it will not renew.

Do you still have service? Is your renewal tonight? Call 611 again. What is your available funds? How much is your plan? If your renewal is tonight and your available funds equals or exceeds your plan amount it is normal for your account to say its suspended until payment is taken. If you still have service (Send yourself a text) then you have nothing to worry about payments are just running late. You will still need to contact customer support to set up your self serve account to be able to better manage your service. Use the links as provided above.
My renewal is tonite as well. I will log in and check my account and report back it's status.

If you activated your SIM at a retailer. You can create an account by contacting a CS_Agent by private messaging or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot. Here is more info:

Also dial 611 to see if your account is Active.

Was your account activated at retail? That's why there's no account yet for Self Serve. Only a CSA can create the account. Use SIMon to create a ticket and ask a CSA to make register your Self Serve account. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
