In the last couple of months, after I sent out the text message to China mobile phone number, my friends could not received it . I can receive text message from China mobile phone number. In the previous years, I always can send text message to China mobile phone number. Right now, even for the same China mobile phone number, my friends could not receive the text message I sent to them. I can send out text message to Canadian phone number. Please help resolving this issue.

login to My Account and check the usage history and see if it shows your sent to your friend or if it has a record your friend sent to you
if Android, you can try using another message app
and you can also ask support agent to track if the messages were sent it received

@user88 Have you tried to reboot the phone or reset network settings .
if all else fails have support investigate for you that’s strange
