Cost of 3in1 SIM card

I see that the online purchase of a SIM card on the PM web site has been:

$5, $10, and $10 with a bonus SIM ($5 each). And lately only $5. 

Would it be correct to say the prices are?:

Web Site $5, Amazon sold by Public Mobile $6.99 on sale for $4.99, and a corporate store is ????

Will we see a PM SIM sold by Telus/Koodo Corporate or PM for $10?

good question re: double spacing. As of last Wednesday, seems like it's part of the system "upgrade".

HI @Grinch  The one on Amazon, sold by Public Mobile, it is good

and  Telus store still selling for $10
