I knew what you meant. I'm aware that carriers like to advertise "no contracts" but they all actually do have contracts. The discrepency occurs when comparing wireless carrier marketing terms to dicitionary and legal defintions.

That's still a contract. Any time a customer purchases a good or service, a contract gets formed. It's just that Public Mobilie's contracts are 30 or 90 days long.

Hello @dtf
Here at Public Mobile, it's a prepaid service. Meaning you pay for 30 days in advance no matter how much you use it or don't use it. Every 30 days it will renew using the credit card you placed on file so you don't have to worry in case you forget to pay. You can cancel anytime as there are no contracts. However, do know this. If you do decide to cancel your plan, you will need to turn off autopay in your account that way it's not charged another month. If you leave autopay turned on, it will charge again and again. And finally, if you ARE to cancel, not only turning off autopay, but do it with when there are 5 days or less in the 30 days. If you cancel half way through your 30 days, it's not prorated and you lose anything you pay. Hope this makes sense.
Here are all the plans with Public Mobile including 4G plans and 5G plans.

hi @dtf
no contract
PM is a prepaid carrier, you paid and use for next 30 days and you have no obligation to continue for next month. So, you can just use it for 1 month and stop or you can continue amd stop anytime.
So, no contract
