HI all, So, it is still there?
I remember when PM does not like us posting the phone number, they cleared up all the posts with the number on it. Just hope they won't do the same for posting the link to message CS Agent 😂

@JK8 - it still shows the two options when you search for "customer support" in the get help section:
Then you can select this:

Creating Ticket IS preferred way to talk to PM.
Sometimes ticketing does not work and customers found a way to contact agent directly.
Having ticket is better way as ticket can be tracked and followed up upon but as long as system allows customer to create one.

@JK8 that is always the preferred method. It's actually not bad, except there are other hiccups in the opening ticket process. Also, in many case, people have to enter the Community login and then the My Account login, that 2 logins confused many people
