"Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later." Is all I'm met with after attempting to edit/change credit cards and resume payment. I've been trying for a week now, everyday it fails on both the website and mobile app. How can I use this service again?

yes, it is a common issue for update card information. To resume service first, please get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using *611
for your credit card update issue, please open ticket with PM support and have them to investigate further
