Make sure you use the app. We started the process on a computer then where prompted to use a QR code to register. It didn’t go well and I have a ticket open to correct the errors made.

@Larry13 If by chance your trying to replace a SIM card to existing account log into your my acccount and go to profile tab to sim swap the number

existing account and have a new sim card?
if so, you will need to login My Account and go to Profile page, click the Pencil icon beside the sim card number and you can then update the sim card number

@Larry13 Do you have physical SIM card in hand or are you wanting to do eSIM if phone supports it . In both cases please download the app and start the activation by picking plan and subscribing
