Hi there,
The (very basic) plan that I'm on has "Hero Int Text (30-Day)" on it. I haven't had reason to use it before but family will be travelling in Europe, so I'm wanting to understand what this means now, since I'm not seeing a clear description on the site. Does it mean, I assume, unlimited sending AND receiving of texts internationally? (The 30-day notation is on my other features too, so I assume that just means it's part of my plan which is a monthly plan.)
I don't see anything about Int Call ("Hero" or otherwise) so assume I cannot send or receive international calls? Is that correct? (Or can receive but not make from my end?)
But the main thing is trying to figure out is what this Hero Int Text means. Also, assuming it means I can send and receive unlimited texts internationally, would that include both SMS and MMS, or just SMS?
If not sure, I'll check with support but just thought I'd ask here first. Thanks!

Yes, from Canada you can freely send and receive.

So with the Int Text does that mean if they text me there from a phone that can text from Europe, I can receive all texts here, and also sent texts back, unlimited? (And both SMS and MMS)? Thanks again.
With your PM plan you can always receive texts from around the world as long as you are within Canada, the US or Mexico. Sending texts requires a roaming plan or add-on while in US/Mexico.
Calls are a bit different, you can always receive them in Canada but in the US or Mexico you will need a roaming plan or add-on. Additionally an international minutes add-on would be required to make a call to a non-Canadian number.

if your family members are in Europe, they won't be able to text you from there using their PM phones/sim
but if they buy a local mobile sim that come with text feature and with another temporary Europe number, they can text you with that European number and you will receive text in Canada

you can ignore the word "Hero" there, it is just an internal reference
but the international text just mean you can receive text from any countries while you are in Canada. PM only has roaming in US and Mexico and hence you won't receive any text, while you are in Europe, and in fact you won't have any PM service at all while you are in Europe
