Confusing Plan Upgrade

Hi Everyone,

I would like to change my plan to what I believe is a better option. When I click the plan, the information becomes confusing. I currently have 120/90 day plan that includes 12GB over the 3 months. I would like to change to 30.00 /Month promotion that is listed under my account. Now When I go to confirm, it lists 12GB under the plan and has in brackets ($10 a month). It's really confusing. I just want to know if this plan is a straight $30 a month plan that includes 20 GB of data a month.  (Picture Below)

while you're at it...maybe have someone add the included Calling Features: Call Display, Voicemail etc...to all the plan descriptions. New customers have asked that question in the Community Forum several times this past few weeks. I dunno about app version, but on web version that info isn't included on all plan descriptions.

It's $30/20GB per 30 days. The system is probably being buggy because you're currently on a 90 day plan. It's safe to change it, just know that it's $30/30 days, not $10.

I checked a few other plans that are available to existing customers.  Similar typo errors.  I have reported to PM oracle side.  Likely won't be dealt with until after the weekend.

@Shubaines  That’s is confusing and yes I belive it’s  $30 20GB 4G plan  . But with any luck your gonna get  it for $10 keep the screen shot as proof for support should something go south in your renewal day . Be even better if your only charged $10 thou like winning the lottery 🙂

It is likely a typo (the $10/month).

Should be $30/month for 20 GB LTE.

Yes, I agree @Shubaines  that is very misleading and questionable. Perhaps you should share this with a CS Agent to confirm. Public Mobile is 30 day not month. This to me say that you'd pay $30 a month and get an extra 20GB of data for only $10 more a month. So $30 a month will get you 32GB of data a month. That to me is dumb! The $35 plan is 50GB Canada US Mexico. Ha. Geesh
