Subscribed to change my plan to the Black Friday 5G 20GB promo but I' unable to confirm the change.

when you log on to PM's website, on the left hand side you should see subscriptions and add-ons. Click that and on the next page you should see upcoming subscriptions. Cheers.

Did you make the change on an Immediate or on Next Renewal?

Congrats on the new change. When I changed over with the promo plan, I downloaded the app to check and it was there. Here's where I found it. Once you're logged in, go to the bottom left corner you'll see a plus inside a circle. Press that and you'll see Subscriptions. Then click on that and when it loads, it will show you there of upcoming changes. Let us know if it worked.

HI @BC1919 you login My Account to make the change ? did you click Change on Renewal? if you clicked that, it will be changed on the coming renewal date
and did you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on the browser to login My Account and check ?

Made the change yesterday. How long before it shows? I have tried checking the payment section but nothing new ther.

try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on the browser to login My Account and check the change subscription page, it should show the new plan scheduled

Just login to your self serve and go under Subscriptions and Add-On's.
The pending change will display there.
You'll also see it in the Payment section as it details your upcoming payment details.
