Didn’t get refereed discount if $10 when I was referred by a referred code.

the referral $10 does not got taken off the initial activation 

Instead, PM will put the money in your My Account as Available fund within 72 hours.  The money will be there and so the renewal 30 days later will be $10 less 🙂

@Shangxuan the one time $10 credit will be in your available funds with in 72 hours after activation , it’s been over 3 days submit ticket with support to ensure the referral code was applied correctly
