Conditional Call Forwarding doesn't work

I was able to use conditonal call forwarding for years and it stopped working few months ago. I was able to swap the SIM to another phone to set the conditionnal call forwarding, but now it get stuck to a number.

The chatbot keeps sending me to the numbers for conditional forwarding.

I'm not able to create a tickect, the chatbot  sends a broken link to create a ticket.

What can I do?

I have it working on my Pixel 7 (VoLTE on PM).

Steps:

  1. Change preferred network type from LTE/5G to 3G
  2. Use the MMI codes as shown in "How to Set Up Call Forwarding" .  I used *004*
  3. Test call forwarding
  4. Change preferred network type back to LTE or 5G
  5. Test call forwarding

I successfully enabled it in the fall and it worked flawlessly until a few days ago.  Went through the steps again, and it works properly as before.

@raymond1180  Conditional forwarding has not run for long time

Just not sure if PM will ever fix it

For now, it is pretty much like PM service has one less feature. no forwarding (yes, I know unconditional works)

it was broken since the introduction of VoLTE. Don't think there is much PM can do

but you can message them here
