are you trying to say you can not change to some particular plans? remember you can only change to plans available on your own Change Subsccription page
or you can tell us more, it is hard for us to guess what the problem you have

if it is a payment error, you might need to wait an hour before trying again

@Dianna765 , you should be able to do a plan change using either the app or on a web browser. Simply go to the subscriptions tab and select the desired plan that is available and confirm the change for next renewal or immediately. Note that immediate plan changes result in loss of remaining plan cycle, so it is usually best to change on next renewal.

@Dianna765 what is the error message? Are you doing this on the website? Maybe clear cache or go incognito.
Click on the Subscription tab.

More details would be helpful. Is your plan suspended? Do you have a credit card registered for preauthorized payments? Are you trying to change credit card information?
