Maybe PM did change something regarding vmail setup. I did not receive temp password few years ago after signing up.
In this case open a ticket and agent will assist you. Wait time for assistance could be hours (or days) so please be patient. Open chatbot, type 'ticket', follow prompts and eventually link to ticket will be presented.

you need to setup the voicemail yourself rather than get the PIn from anyone. Go to My Account, then Profile, and click the pencil to the right of the voicemail password, and follow the prompt.
Basically steps are:
1. Click the button below. By clicking the button, you confirm that you want to reset your voicemail password.
Initiate Voicemail Password Reset
2. Once you have successfully initiated your Voicemail password reset, dial your own phone number to get prompted and continue with the process.
3. Follow the instructions from the automated voice assistant to finish resetting your Voicemail password.
