The new Community Account is asking my Dad to register, he already had a user name. When he enters his old User Name it says already taken. Thx for any help.

@Anonymous Many users have had this happen since the new system update .to get your old community account back message support to get fixed

He'll need to take a new username for now and then open a ticket to get a customer support agent to link the two Community accounts. Tickets are opened though the chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
