HI @Kasen75 were you able to get the 2FA on your email before?
If you checked your spam folder and really cannot find it, open ticket with PM CS Agent and they will help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You can also pay for your plan renewal using payment vouchers...get them at Shell Gas or Walmart, then dial 611 to add them to your account for renewal.

All I want to do is make a payment as my phone renewal did not get through as I got a new card.

Just checked and no email. I get community emails very quickly, the the code verification does not come.

I tried a different password and it work , but the 6 digit code is nt being sent to my PC, just gonna check again.

Did you look at spam folder?
Did you forget your password and that is Why you are changing it?
