@NinthSlice  Porting out your phone number will close the account . But if you don’t want to keep the number you can turn off auto subscribe in your account 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

Or play it safe and ask support to remove credit card on file right away to ensure you don’t ever get charged again 

submit ticket with support .using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

There are 3 ways, @NinthSlice 

  1. log onto self-serve, go under Manage Subscription, then toggle off your subscription
  2. port your number to another mobile service provider
  3. ask the customer support agents to cancel your account by using the little chatbot lower right and ask for "customer support agent"
