Hi, my account is definitely active. Suddenly getting above message. Ironically this started when my 15 day US roaming add on expired. Not sure if a connection there or not. I have tried re-booting both the phone and the sim card with no success.... still in the US..... Thx

One more attempt.... I have an active account. In Florida , don't have roaming. Sometimes when my phone is called you get "client not available" vs going to VM, and sometimes it rings here in Florida. It's starting to seem like the client not available happens in the morn and rings here when I try it in the aft..... Been through 5 - 7 different people and no solution. Plus the next person doesn't read all the prior emails and that gets confused. System doesn't really work well. Didn't realize the folks I'm talking to aren't tech support and they advised that would take time. So, been a week now. Requested a ticket be put in and never heard back. Appreciate it if someone could advise where we are...

Appreciate the help but just trying to get the basic phone to work again. The roaming deal expired at least 2 if not 3 days ago. I'll put a ticket in.. As a side bar, my wife purchased another 15 days and now nothing works. PM generally works well until you go into that app and do anything.... Then there's always trouble.... I dread going in it... IT is certainly not their forte..

if the US roaming expires today, you usually need to wait 24 hours to re-buy the same addon
if you want to rebuy now , or if you have trouble even to login , please submit ticket with PM agent here

And for workarounds with call, use VoIP app TextNow , you can use it anywhere with Wifi

Had a friend in Canada call and getting client not available. So I guess not working.

Not sure, maybe something I don’t understand. Still in the US, roaming plan has expired. When I call my PM number from a US phone, should I not still get my voice mail, not client not available ??
