More is Merrier promo stopped last December. Who knows…it might come back.

Here is the detail of the Points Rewards:

Basically, you will get 5% of your monthly bill in points and you will loss $2/month bill if you are on AutoPay.

You need to collect 15 points so you can redeem for a $15 credit off your bill.

To earn additional points, you can help others with their issues but best to read solutions for common issues.

@theresej0902  Yes the x mas bonus give away is done and not likely to ever return . Same with old loyalty rewards have been taken away come may2024 . If you like to try and earn points in community it’s done 

By participating , reading and helping others with questions . And learning and sharing and good things will happen

in order to earn community points, one needs to be active by answering questions, responding promptly, and providing helpful information. It takes a lot of time to do this, so unless you’ve got the spare, you may be better off collecting bottles from the roadside for refund
