Hello

I subscribed to puplic mobile for US canada 75GB but my sim card was not arrived since March 16. After the payment for the service went through. Please I need immediate response. Thanks

Some members indicated that it took up to 3 weeks to arrive. Since it has passed 3 weeks, I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket and the agent will give you options for a replacement.

unfortunately, their fulfilment and shipping times of SIM cards leaves much to be desired.

if you can, try picking one up at a local Telus or Koodo corporate location and ask the customer support agents if they might kindly refund you the cost of the one they were supposed to have shipped to you a month ago.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
