Chnged my plan to 4g but doesnt show on account and also speed still as 3g

Changed plan from 3gb 3g for 35$ to 15gb 4g for 40$ plan which is effective from today. But speed still low. Account still shows 3g plan. Upcomming bill still shows 35$ payment. But credit card charged for 40 $

Speed needs a day or two to get to the max.

As for account status, try these remedies:

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to try to log in. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

@Praveenkrishns  The community is great.. always  help available.. it has other features also.. search is a good one.. your question has been answered 100s of times.. if your going to use a phone service that is online for help/ issues.. good to use all the tools  available…

Click on any little spinner refresh icons you see or use private mode. The site is terrible at caching invalid information.

The speed itself won't be noticed for a couple days.
