Just set up phone can't receive calls or texts

I just set up phone, I can call and text outgoing, but can't receive incoming calls or texts. 

Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know how to fix this.

HI @patrick55  did you just activate and porting in your number?

did you reply YES to a sms from your old carrier to approve the number transfer?

Yes, finally got phone to make a call but does not receive.  Goes directly to voicemail

i am having the same problem not solved net sent a msg to agent waiting for the reply.

you can also create ticket from SIMon bot.

Did you transfer a number over from another provider? If so, was the other account still active? Did you leave the old sim in a phone to confirm the transfer text?

Try a restart. Is this an iphone? Or Android?
