eSIM are not transferable between phones so you need to download the PM app on the new phone login but click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent by email.
Once you are login, go to Account tab>Purchase New SIM them pick eSIM.

@Jim25 Do you see option that says “didn’t get code “ tap it you should get an option to send the code to email instead . If you can get logged in on new phone then just rebuy ne esim . But if you need further assistance from support here’s a direct link to them also

Do you see the option. Didn’t receive code. Click and it should offer option to send 2FA via email instead.

get a new phone, down load the PM app..log in to your acct and get a new sim.
