They charged me twice when I make a change plan. What I have to do now?

I would personally leave the money in your account to pay for the next month's bill. However, in case you want a refund you could contact a moderator.

Click on the green and white circle with the question mark on the lower bottom right corner.

Ask to  "speak to a human".

This should connect you to a moderator.

Hi

If you are charged $2*x, did your amount balance increase by x after switching or was it all consumed by the change?

@Melaine13  When you make a plan change you need to select the "on the next renewal" option. If you selected an immediate plan change right after your plan renewal then that is why you were charged twice.

If you did select to change plans on your next renewal and the system incorrectly charged you twice, (verify this by checking your payment history), then submit a ticket to PM for a refund.

If you charged twice for the same bill just contact a moderator and probably they will ask some proof like bank statement or receipt. Once they verified it they will refund you in your PM account as a credit which can be used for next payment automatically.

@Melaine13, if you are seeing a repeat line item in the payment history that is incorrect, you need to reach out to the moderator team to fix it.  If the "double payment" has resulted in a positive account fund, I suggest leaving it for future payments.  This service is prepaid with no refunds.  Trying to get a payment reversal done is not so easy even if allowed.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. If use of smartform brings no joy, then use the following direct link to private message the moderator team. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.

@Melaine13 If your credit card shows 2 charges for the immediate plan change and there is a credit in your account, its better to leave it there to pay for your next payment cycle. Since, refunds take approximately 30 days to process.

Can you elaborate?

Do you mean you decided to change from one plan( example $25 plan and changed to $15 plan)??

Is that what you mean?

If so, when changing plans did you select "Change now" or "change at next renewal"?

If you selected change now... you're charged for new plan right away and it starts and there is no refund for previous plan.. if you select change at next renewal then your new plan and new plan charge happens on next payment date.

Or do you mean you were simply double charged?  If so, do you have a balance in your account for second charge?. If you do you can leave it in balance and it will cover your next payment.

You could leave the credit in your account which can be used to pay for your next payment.
