I was charged twice on my credit card and now I have a surplus on my account with nothing else due. How should I pursue a refund?

I would probably wait for the system to automatically take it out from your next month's payment. If it happens again, I guess you would have to contact the MOD.

Hi Gustavo, we are sorry to hear about the double charge on your credit card, we will do our best to assist you with this.
If you are looking to have the money back, we can request for a refund to your credit card, just let me advise this might take 14 to 20 business days to be completed , otherwise we can leave the money on your account and any balance available on your will be use on the next renewal date.
Let us know what you decide and we will help.
Katherine.

@gustavo2015189 If you really need to persue a refund click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue. Usually they answer within in 24 hours, but can take a few days.
Do not send multiple messages. This increases the queue and adds to the time moderators take to locate all your messages. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

Unless you're tight on money...it will just go towards your next renewal. But a refund could take that long so you may as well leave it.
If it happens again next renewal then take some action.
