Hi I updated my credit card information but I was double charged so how can I get my money back?

you sure it wasn't just a pending charge? a pending charge usually takes as many as 3 to 5 days to get dropped off from the bill
and check My Account, if PM really charged extra, it should show on the Payment history page and the money will stay as credit on the account as Availabe funds
but if still thing something went wrong, ask PM support agent, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@jennvetter maybe double check your credit card is one charge pending and the other has posted ? If so the pending charge should fall off . Also check that you don’t have money sitting in available funds in your account for the difference , but if both charges are posted then please
