hello. My daughter has purchased a new contract with another provider. She changed her email address as well. I have paid for and administered her public mobile account and would like to cancel it?

no need to repeat almost 12 hours later

If you daughter ported her number to another carrier. Your account will be closed, SIM will no longer work and there is no prorated refund for unused days as PM is a prepaid service.
PM is a month to month service so there is no long contact.

@rjsdesign1, did your daughter transfer her PM number to the new provider? If so, the PM account should have closed and there should no longer be any charges. If she got a new number to use with the new provider then you definitely want to close off the PM account by doing what @slusagm has suggested.

you can still use the old email to login and send the 2FA code to her PM number. Then go to Payment page and Manage Subscription to disable Autopay there
if you cannot login, the message PM and ask them to remove the credit card so the plan cannot be renewed again
