I am still receiving my 1 gb of 3G data from my $25 plan, but I was just charged for the $40 plan that I switched to, that has 10 gb. Why hasn't my profile updated yet?

@zmacns To see your current account information, try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first. You'll have better success.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

log in again but clear your browser cache and history first and then open a new browser window in incognito. You are probably looking at a cached version. Also do you mean 15GB for $40?
