I am getting charged more than my plan is for.
it was 30 and now my charge is 46
i also had an extra charge on my account this month.
any help would be appreciated

Hello @mandogrl
You should have realized this several months ago. Public Mobile removed all your loyalty credits. See this link.
Also, if there are extra charges this month, can you share what the charges are? Can it maybe be a pending charge? If there actually is an over charge, you can reach out to a CS Agent this way.

@mandogrl have you had a look to see if it has to do with the new Public Points system? Have a look at your plan details to confirm nothing has changed except for the price, I suspect that you are probably no longer getting autopay discounts?
On the new system you need to accumulate 15 points and then you can manually redeem them towards a one-time $15 bill credit. You will still keep any referral credits and each year you will get 10 points on your anniversary. Points will accumulate slower under this new Points system

@mandogrl the automatic discounts that we used to get have been removed and now replaced with points. This is effective May.
Now you have to pay full plan price upfront and then you get 5% back on your payments.
Click on the Payment tab to view exactly what you are being charged for
