Dear Sir/Ma’am,
there was a transaction made on my credit card worth $56 on the 3rd of October saying that I own a public mobile plan which I don’t have. I need assistance to prove that I do not or have never had a public mobile number to get that money back from my bank. How can you help with that situation ?

There's no need to ask for help from Public Mobile. Call your bank bank back. There isn't any way to prove that you were never a customer and the response that your bank's customer service gave you iis poor. They can look up and see if there have ever charges from Public Mobile. You need to contact your bank again and inform them once again that you have no current or prior business relationship with Public Mobile.

@Shaandeep Any chance you have another account with Koodo or Telus?
If you have no Telus/Koodo/PM account, you can definitely open a ticket with PM Support for investigation, simply message them:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
Or if you don't want to go through the hassle, you can simply ask your credit card to make a charge back. Please note that once the transaction was reversed, the account associated with it will be suspended immediately. So if it was down to someone in your family used the credit card, his/her service will got cut off.

Exactly $56? Or have you rounded off the amount charged? What is the transaction mer hant name and #? Do you have an account with telus or koodo? Any family members with a pm account? What city or province does the charge stem from?
