Changing to the $34 Canada-US plan

I’m a current subscriber and my payment date is the 26th of the month (last paid Feb 26)

When I go to the change the plan to the new promo for US data, I have an option to change now which will bill me $34+tax now or to change on renewal. 

According to the website the promotion ends on March 4. If I choose to change on renewal to avoid double paying for this month, will this still work?

@tkhan03  To be safe also take screen shots of your current plan and upcoming plan and your payment page . That way should something go south on your renewal day you have the green shot as proof to show support to honour the plan change
