Can you help change my subscription to the $30 promo for 20gb us cad plan? I also want to get the 3rd month free offer please

@Tore, Public Mobile is intended to be a fully self-serve provider. If you go into your PM app or online account you can go into your subscriptions section, tap on "Manage Subscription", and then tap on "Change Subscription". From there you will see what plans are available for you to choose. Just remember to choose "Change On Renewal Date" otherwise if you select "Change Now" you will be billed immediately for the new plan and you will forfeit any days remaining from the last plan with no refund

The $30 Canada-US plan isn't just only for new customers, but it's true that only some exising customers can get it based on the targetted offers.
