I have tried to change my PM phone number and after selecting a suitable number all seemed simple and go well. However the phone number didn’t actually update. I don’t want to ask CS for assistance because I want to be able to self select a suitable number.

@Wayworn found a PM article that says you can change your number up to 4 times within 30 days

Yes I've restarted the phone, cleared cache, account has approx 2 weeks left to renewal date, original number still works great problem free. Just maybe there is a limit to how many times one may update their number. I have updated already once and then found a number that has 4 consecutive numbers at the end and tried again to switch to it.

is your service suspended . I remember you removed credit card. Only active account can change phone number
if your account is active, reboot the phone

@Wayworn have you tried restarting your device? When you call the old number is it still ringing? If you go into the PM app and go to the "Account" tab which number is it showing, old or new?
