I'm trying to switch to cheaper plans as I no longer need this much data. There are lots of plans on your website with lower rates, but as soon as I login, all of them disappear. Am I locked in with these plans because I switched to a plan with higher data 2 months ago and I have to cancel this account and get a new number?
